  I had a medical appointment on Friday 12 June at 10 30am, as I arrived at reception area I felt I was greeted politely.
  
  When I was asked to attend into Mr Kendell surgery, the number of the rooms were marked clearly.
  
  Mr Kendell was polite and kind as I was very nervous and my stomach was rumbling, coffee would been good to fill the hole in my stomach as I cannot eat to early.
